Accommodations
The venue for the Symposium is The Villas of Grand Cypress Golf Resort in Orlando, Florida. This distinctive retreat in the heart of Florida—close to Orlando’s attractions, yet worlds apart, is located on 1,500 pristine acres of lush greenery surrounded by some of the world’ finest golf courses. Accommodations at The Villas of Grand Cypress are designed to provide the ultimate in space and comfort. The ALIS discounted room rates are as follows:

All prices are in U.S. Dollars and are a per night rate subject to local room and state taxes currently at 12.5%. There is a $15.00 resort fee (not included in room rates). Resort fee includes in-room high speed wireless access, use of the Academy of Golf Driving Range, health club, tennis/ racquet ball courts, bicycles and boats, newspaper, and shoe shine service. Guests well be pampered with large baths, a wet bar, morning paper delivery, valet parking, twice-daily housekeeping, 24-hour room service, a safe large enough for a laptop, large screen flat-panel television, local calls free and in-room coffee.
Golf at the Villas of Grand Cypress is, in a word, phenomenal. Experience forty-five holes of Jack Nicklaus Signature designed golf featuring the Grand Cypress North-South Tournament Course and east Nine. Or take in the magnificent scenery of the New Course, 18 challenging holes reminiscent of the Old Course at St. Andrews.

Aviation Law Certification Exam Review & Continuing Education
This Symposium provides registrants who are attorneys with Continuing Legal Education credits suitable to meet various state mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirements. Registrants wishing certification of their attendance MUST SIGN the CLE Attendance Form that will be located at the registration desk for each day they attend. Certificates of Attendance will be given to attendees at the end of the program.
Florida Aviation Law Certification Examination Review Course
This year the Florida Bar Aviation Law Committee is co-sponsoring the Florida Aviation Law Certification Examination Review Course with the Symposium. The class will be held in the Muirfield Ballroom B in the Executive Conference Center on Saturday, January 14, 2012. Registration is FREE. Click here for the review course agenda.
Advance Registration is $595.00. After December 2, 2011 registration rates increase to $625. On-site registration is $650. Government Rate: $350.00; government rates do not change even if registering the day of the event.
The registration fee includes Symposium materials, two coffee breaks per day, continental breakfasts, Thursday night welcome reception, two luncheons, the Gala Dinner, and much more. To receive full refund, cancellations must be received in writing by Monday, November 14, 2011 after that date, cancellations are subject to a $100.00 processing fee. Substitutions will be allowed this year.
